Terms and Conditions.

Prepared 27 October 2026. Dcode Nexus Mahjong is operated by Dan Collyer. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Contact [email protected] with questions.

The game

Mahjong Solitaire is offered for recreational play. Availability, saved games and rankings can be affected by maintenance and connection failures. Ranked results are checked by the server but are not proof of human play. No gambling, money prizes or entry fees are offered.

Accounts and profiles

Members must complete a public name, permitted image and short description before ranked play. Choose an image you are authorised to use. Do not upload abusive, hateful, sexual, deceptive, unlawful or infringing material, private details of others or spam. Administrators may remove content, suspend profiles and reject manipulated results. Use the report and block tools for concerns.

Fair play

Do not submit forged scores, automate competitive play or interfere with other users or services. Hints and undo make a game ineligible for ranking. Competitive time includes pauses. The active timer shown during play does not.

Advertising and ownership

Advertising, when enabled, is clearly distinguished from game controls. Clicking an advert is never required to resume play. Open-source components retain their licences. Branding and user-uploaded content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including applicable consumer guarantees. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Material changes will be communicated through the website.

Before public launch

Target audience, moderation operations, retention settings and actual advertising services must be reviewed before launch. These terms do not represent Google Play or AdSense approval.
